Nice photo! Reminds me of a poem Gil and I wrote a while back… Rotted leaves Released from ice prisons Fly like toothless outlaws down the road. Spring’ brings more than sun Licensing the dark side of freedom. Holding the center is a coward’s refuge. The road unravels in the mirror. I lean into the curves Stretching the crooked asphalt straight.
stretching the crooked asphalt straight – wish they’d do that from ME to NY; would easily shave an hour or two off the trip 😉
