Thrilled to spot Sandi Amorello’s book, The Irreverent Widow at Sherman’s Books and Stationary in Freeport, Maine.
Sandi and I met at the Wine Bar several years ago while respectively dabbling through the digital dating escapades of match.com. Even though we mutually agreed that we were not the other’s ‘type’ (which hopefully means I am NOT the subject of any of her stories… 😉 – we did share a love of the arts and creativity and collaborated on some projects together. Sandi, honestly, edgily and humorously writes through – in her words, “shockingly true tales of love, death, dating & single parenting. Because it would be a sin not to.”
While you can catch her column in the Forecaster’s online and print editions, give yourself (or a loved one) the gift of someone who has lived and shared through the tragedies and triumphs of living and documenting through the life – after the death, of a dear spouse.
